Le Violon d'Ingres

米其林一個叉子推薦餐廳，對比Phillipe excofier，le p&rsquo;tit troquet更小清新，而且我真的沒有想到某些菜居然配菜會比主菜好吃，那個烤土豆粒我是真的愛了。

這家的店員服務態度真的太差了&hellip;&hellip;自認為還算是一個比較隨和的人，還是會覺得服務員差勁&hellip;食物來說是好吃的級別，比較喜歡帕瑪森魷魚飯&hellip;

大名鼎鼎的Les Ombres（影子）餐廳位於巴黎Mus&eacute;e du Quai Branly（蓋布朗利博物館）屋頂，時尚而優雅。餐廳由著名建築師Jean Nouvel設計。外部是玻璃幕牆，頂部金屬結構網格鑲嵌着玻璃，方便在任何季節享受巴黎美景。尤其是正對埃菲爾鐵塔，陽光明媚時會在桌布上投射出它金屬蕾絲的影子，很詩意的創意。外面的露台更是和鐵塔合影的最佳處。

主打海鮮的一家法式餐廳，距離巴黎歌劇院不遠，離地鐵八號線比較近，位置比較好找，菜品海鮮居多所以價格稍微有些貴，但是海鮮控可以嘗試一下，做法和國內不太一樣。

總的來說,這是一次很棒的用餐體驗!可愛的小小酒館,價格適中,食物美味。我們非常喜歡它,我們在那裏用餐兩次。我和2個孩子(10和13)一起旅行,他們非常包容。我唯一的抱怨是,我在叉應用程序上預訂了當天的預訂。當我到達那裏時,有人告訴我,他們沒有爲我的聚會準備桌子,因爲我&ldquo;剛剛預訂了&rdquo;。不過,主持人(馬里奧)給了我們兩杯免費的Prosecco。強烈推薦。

This is a traditional French establishment, white linen table cloths, cutlery changed out completely between courses, etc.. No tie is necessary but gentlemen may want to wear a jacket. I went with the tasting menu and was delighted by how delicious each dish was. I liked that my waiter gave me the full details of each course in French. I can&rsquo;t hold a conversation but I caught most of it. This added to the authenticity of the experience. The host was very helpful at suggesting wine pairings. This meal checked every box for the perfect French dinner.

We booked our first meal here in Paris and it was extraordinary, excellent service and food. We love the duck breast and pigeon wellington that&rsquo;s a must try. Will definitely be back next time for more!

The food in Paris, is very good, but this was a special experience. I took my son to Paris for his 50th. I wanted a special experience for our last night and we had one at this wonderful restaurant.We&rsquo;re not big drinkers but we opted for the tasting menu together with the matching wine tasting . At $220 each it may seem steep for some, but the experience is worth the price.It&rsquo;s not just the excellent food and wine selections, it&rsquo;s the service and attention to detail also. On arrival we sat and it was immediately recognized that I was a bigger person and we were immediately moved to a larger table, before we could even ask. New cutlery and wine glasses with each course were simply normal. When we dirtied our table cloth, with some minor food droppings (Americans!) the table was temporarily cleared and clean napkins placed elegantly on top of our bad eating habits. The table was again spotless and ready for the next course. Only one Michelin star 🙄 but truly a memorable experience.

A top notch dining experience.  The wait staff were attentive and completely on their game.  The decor is stylish and classy.  But the food is the real star here.  From course to course, each dish shined and made for a spectacularly memorable evening.  Highly recommend and will go again.

Dishes were good and creative. Really lacked on service. I&rsquo;ve been to my fair share of Michelin restaurants, and this may have been the least favorable due to the waiters trying to rush you into ordering something and not really walking you through the menu. Then between the last entree and dessert took about an hour. So sitting there and no acknowledgement of the delay. Again, service seems to be the issue.
